Hi, I’m Joanne, a Product Designer and Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience designing B2B and B2C SaaS products. With a background in Product Design from California College of the Arts, I’m drawn to the space where creativity meets storytelling, turning complex problems into intuitive, thoughtful experiences.

I’ve worked across fintech, AI, enterprise, and SaaS, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas from strategy to shipped product. Off-screen, I run Tulip, a small crafty business where I transform recycled materials into unique, hand-sewn bags, a creative practice that keeps me curious and hands-on.
